BONUS RATES

Apply to all booking in December and to all bookings January to November that are not paid 10 days

or more in advance. You can save up to 25%* on any bonus rate booking by paying in advance. *

Advance payment discount will vary from 5 to 25% depending on booking date and number of days

payment is made in advance please call for a quote. All Bonus Rates listed are for the first days

rental only additional charges apply to extended hires.

DISCOUNT RATE (1ST DAY)

This rate applies to all One day hires in the months of January to November that are paid for 10 days

or more in advance. Note Hires that commence on Saturday are due back on the next working day

usually Monday (Tuesday or Wednesday for long weekends or Easter etc) this period is charged as

a one day hire.

3 DAY RATE

This rate applies to any hire of 3 consecutive trading days** in the months of January to November

that are paid 10 days or more in advance. ** Trading day is any day that Pro Light and Sound is

open for business.

BOOKINGS.

Equipment can only be secured by full payment of the applicable hire fee. All other situation are

orders (price quotation with out any certainty of equipment availability)

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENTS:

Bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 for any cancellation or postponement. Refund

will only be made where cancellations or postponements are made 10 or more in advance of the

booking date. Where a booking or part paid order are cancelled or postponed with less than 10 days

notice monies paid will be credited to the customers account. This credit can be used to pay for any

hire within the next 12 months. An administration fee of $10.00 is charged each time any part of

these cancellation fees are used to pay for a hire or booking.

W = Denotes instanteous power rating in watts. By convention

instantaneous power exceeds continuous RMS by a factor of 3dB.

= Approximately the number of people the system can cater for.
