If you are dissatisfied with any Behringer product you may return the

product within seven days of our despatch date. We will refund your

purchase in full, less our transport  and or handling costs. All returned

goods must be in "as sold" condition including all packaging,

instructions, invoices etc. It is essential you contact us to obtain an

authorisation number prior to returning any product to us. Naturally

items like lamps, batteries, styli, cartridges, tape, software,

consumables, CDs or VCDs or DVD are not covered. This satisfaction
